We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to extenuating circumstances. However, when you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment, you prevent another patient from receiving timely medical care.
Cancellation policy: If you need to rebook or cancel your consultation appointment, please call the office as soon as possible and no later than 1 business day prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee.
No-show policy: If you miss your consultation appointment without calling to cancel or rebook, this is considered a no-show. A 25$ fee will apply. You may or may not be rebooked at the physician’s discretion.
